Draw with your finger
Sketch ice slabs anywhere on the board, then press Go. Lava rolls along them and flows where you sent it. Undo, eraser and hints are always at hand.
Springs, belts and boulders
Lava bounces off springs, rides old mine conveyors, splits on boulders and melts tin. Every chapter adds a new trick.

How to play Lava Rescue

Look at the cave
Lava pours from holes in the rock. Find where it will run and where the miners are standing.

Draw ice
Draw ice slabs with your finger. Lava slides off them. Your ice is limited, so plan the lines.

Press Go
Watch the lava flow. Everyone safe? Collect your stars. Not quite? Undo and try another line.

A cave full of tricks
Every chapter brings something new. Use it: lava can be bounced, carried and held back.
Springs
A stone pad on springs throws the lava high in the direction of the arrow.
Conveyors
Old mine belts carry the lava along, the way their arrows point.
Boulders
Fixed rocks: the lava bounces off them to the sides.
Tin
Tin blocks hold the lava for a while, then melt away.
Moving beams
Iron-bound beams slide back and forth and can push the lava where you do not want it.
Lava vents
Lava pours from holes in the rock and spreads over the floor. Left alone it cools into a dark crust.
